Basal cell skin cancer, or basal carcinoma (BCC), is the most common malignant tumor originating from keratinocytes hair follicles. Giant BCCs are neoplasms sized more than 5 cm with a greater tendency to invasion and metastasis "standard" (sized less cm). Two foci in one person at same time rarely occur. This paper describes 69-year-old woman lesions affecting left scapula 20×10 xiphoid process 7×4.5 that have existed for 15 years. During this period, patient received various treatments temporary insignificant improvement. Dermoscopy of lesion revealed pathological tree- like tortuous vessels, homogeneous white red zones, ulcerations. was uninformative because rough surface hemorrhagic crusts. Cytology identified complexes basaloid cells atypia. Pathomorphologically, both tumors belonged nodular BCC. For additional examination treatment decisions, referred regional oncological dispensary.
